“I truly enjoyed this course. It touched upon many topics, and at times I would've liked to dive a bit deeper into the materials. At other times I thought they went a bit too deep into a particular model. My preference would be to turn the HR in scale-ups model part into a separate training, for people interested in this. Another thing that can be improved is the downloads. The ZIP-file with all documents doesn't always contain all documents of the training, so you keep checking if it is in there or not. Also, I would name the files in a way that you can easily see what the content is about. But these are just details. I truly enjoyed the course!”

“It's a great course overall, full of essential knowledge and useful tips for anyone looking to grow in HR. The content is well-structured, practical, and very engaging. Really enjoyed it, and the quizzes/exercises were a great way to make info stick. One small bit of feedback: it would be helpful to keep in mind that not all students are currently working in HR. Some of the content (especially questions at the end of each module) assume you're already in a role where you can apply the concepts directly... If this is a generalist-level course, it’s likely many learners are trying to get into HR, so adapting the language a little would make it more inclusive and less daunting :)”
