“It was a great exerience. I gained a lot of knowledge about the HR Generalist role. The topics raised were very crucial and informative. The constructive feedback I have is it would be better if more illustrations and real life stories are added from various types of organizations including humanitarian oranizations and schools. This will help some of us who come from non business background relate with examples and scenarios. Also, it would be better if instructors' accents were more easy to hear. I struggled to hear what some instructors were saying because of the heavy accent. Finaly, the exam could be less wordy and simple.”

“From someone looking to make a career change (with no HR experiance) took this course as an effort to get myself in the field and my experiance was truly a pleasure. The material was easy to follow and was presented in a clear and easy to understand manner. I enjoyed every presentor and the time and effort put into this to educate others.”

“I don't feel all of this was relevant to an HR Generalist role, a big portion of the things I learned I will not be involved in at my company because we have a Sr. HR Manager & Director that over sees those bigger picture/executive type decisions and conversationg that us junior HR folks are left out of or kept in the dark. I feel like this course could have been a bit better at being more relevant to an actual HR Generalist role, not an HR Manager role but I still learned alot and hope to take more courses in the future!”
