“I found the presenters to be engaging and well-versed in their areas of expertise. The course increased my knowledge about how HR Automation can enhance the employee experience and what the criteria are to consider automating a process (something that I've already begun using in my daily work life). I feel this course was a good investment of both time and money and am excited to continue putting my newfound knowledge into practice. I particularly liked the first lesson where I learned a lot about new approaches to design thinking.”
