“It is a course that combines both theory and practical issues that you’re facing every day. The strategic view is focusing on trends that will be dominant in the near future! The course is equipping you with tools that will add value to business but at the same time, will make your everyday easier and will enable you to focus on what matters. I really enjoyed the change management part, since you cannot move to a digital environment, without preparing a detailed (and well communicated) change plan. I strongly recommend the course to all HR Operations professionals that want to move forward their company and make it more competitive in order to face the future challenges.”
