“This program offers an excellent overview of HR and business strategy, particularly in developing and aligning KPIs. I found the practical tools and guides especially valuable: they’re easy to apply directly to my day-to-day work. One area for improvement would be to include more discussion around the unique needs of non-profit organizations, which often face different strategic challenges. “If you’re a mid-level HR professional (or aspiring HRBP) wanting to shift from operational HR to a more strategic partnering role, this program is very solid: it gives you modern HRBP skill sets (business & consulting mindset, data-driven HR, strategic alignment) in a flexible format. If you’re already very senior in HRBP roles, you might get fewer “aha” surprises, but it could still serve as a useful formal credential and a way to fill any skill-gaps (especially in analytics or business acumen).”
