The program is thought- provoking, it entices you to question what you already know and at the same time, triggers you to change your preconceived notions about what HR can and should do. My key take-away is that HR Professionals should transform the way they perform and define their roles and ride with the changes because we cannot be simply stagnant. If we want to "serve" our customers, turn the role to something that is value- add and this starts by understanding how we should be a "business partner".
