“It was very detailed and focused a lot on the core concepts. Alongside, the mini quozzes and assignments kept me interested and looped in. Suggestion: a full typed transcript of the lectures along with the graphical imagery cna help understand the concepts a lot better. At times, a lot of people want to learn by reading. So a booklet sprt pf thing that helps you learn by reading instead of watching, can really help.”

“I enjoyed the content and flexibility around being able to pace ones learning journey. The international insights were interesting to read about in the AIHR community section. At times, I did find it challenging to grasp certain concepts because the content would be quite surface-level or brief. However, I found this course to be a great refresher on the important processes and concepts that lives in our world of HR. There was a huge focus around HR decision-making and linking this to broader organisational decision-making which I appreciated as this broadened my mindset and considerations when operating in an HR "bubble" at times.”
