“This program follows a very logical trajectory, from the insight of what an HR Business Partner is, to some great case studies to illustrate business cases, their specific challenges, and the possible solutions. The course focuses a lot on data and people analytics, as one of the principal tools HRBPs have to use to get leadership and managerial buy-in for solutions, and also to prove the value of HR to the business as a whole. Some of the most valuable tools given in this course are the HR models shown, specifically the HR Value Chain and how its components and steps give us key insights to business and organizational impact, and identifiction of all KPIs and ultimate impact to business objectives. The course also offers added materials, such as video interviews with and presentations from world renowned HR experts, such as David Ulrich and Josh Bersin, and Ted Talks with other HR professionals. The reading material curation is very good, a lot from Harvard Business Review, Deloitte, McKinsey, etc. The course gives importance to business acumen, essential for the HR function and all HR professionals. I recommed this course, but I would not recommend for a beginner in HR. To get the most out of this learning, I would think it is essential to have at least solid experience as an HR Generalist.”
