“Some concepts seemed a bit out of date (at one point the course includes a video of Dave Ulrich saying he should be shot for having "invented" the HR scorecard... after the program had you do hours of work on the HR scorecard ). Other parts of the program were a bit pseudoscience-y or claimed to be more science than it actually was (asking you to make a lot of causal assumptions in mediation model building for example) But overall it was helpful to understand where the field has been, and how to use metrics in a way that business leaders and exects care about.”
