“I found the HRBP 2.0 certification course to be very educational and timely as we are in the processing of expanding our utliization of metrics and data to drive our business and achieve our OKRs. As I went through the course I was able to identify new ways of planning and correlating data and metrics to the business objectives.”

“I enjoyed this training and many of the overarching concepts were very relevant. The videos were helpful, as well as the case studies that helped tie all of the information together. There was one piece lacking for me - which is that HRBP functionality can pretty drastically vary depending on what org structure exists, size of company, etc. For example, at my company we have leaders over each functional area, so our HRBP projects and work is always at least a collaborative effort with one (or multiple) other HR areas. While I understand that in some companies, the HRBPs function the way described in this training, in many cases this doesn't prove true in my current company.”
