“The HR Business Partner not only broadened my perspective of my organization and role but it has helped me look at the HR Department as a value addition to the organization. I am completing this course empowered with the knowledge skills and competencies I need to do my job more inspired. The information is current and very relevant, following the recent trends such as digitization to mention but one. I am moving from the background right to the front where I can be heard, listened to and contribute positively towards making sure that the staff working in my organization are not just numbers but they help bring positive change. The modules on employee experience were very insightful and to say the least, I have already started working on implementing it.”
