“I thoroughly enjoyed this course, although it took me longer than usual to complete because I wanted to ensure full comprehension. The content is both interesting and rigorous, challenging me to think critically despite some ambiguous questions. My favorite aspect was delving into learning analytics, where the presenter did an excellent job. The Capstone project, though challenging, proved immensely worthwhile.”

“The program was a good program, just was a step too far for me as a new starter in L&D. Needed to learn more of the basics first and in bite sized chunks over a shorter period of time. Having done this over a period of 8 month's and in a rush most of the time, it was difficult to remember everything, especially when completing the capstone project and the exam, although they both reinforced learning where I didnt pass inthe first instance. I do think the exam is too lengthy and could be reduced to 30 questions”
