“The program was insightful and provided valuable learning opportunities. I particularly appreciated the structure and content of the modules. However, I found the handouts in PowerPoint format slightly less convenient for reference. Personally, I prefer materials that include video transcripts, as they make it easier to follow along and revisit key points. Incorporating this approach could further enhance the learning experience.”

“Very good overview of the long list of responsibilities of an L&D professional, with accessible and hands-on exercises to complement the theoretical parts. Having worked in L&D for years and it being my first certification, I appreciate to be able to sanction my on-the-job learnings with a deep-dive into the theory. Not to forget that I've learned new approaches along the way that I can't wait to put into practice. Well done, team! Key take-away? I particularly enjoyed the case-studies and the capstone project felt very realistic (don't skip it!)”

“The content of the program and the teachers in general were very good and interesting. I only had issues with the Gap Analysis class; it was difficult to follow. It took me a lot of time and effort to get the information. Other than that, I think it was great.”
