“Very much enjoyed the content, was pleasantly surprised how in depth it went as well all the resources and templates to use in my L&D role. Only feedback I have is (which is something I am also working on, but wanted to mention) The first two module facilitators went excellent and engaged, easy to follow. Videos felt they went quick, but impactful. The two in between with accents some words were hard to understand, so had to have CC on. Felt more dry, could have been the content, but had to rewatch a few times to grasp the knowledge. Lastly there was a high pitch background noise in the audio for the coaching module that was hard to ignore. Overall a super impactful course, great content!”
