“Well designed and structured program. Videos could be a bit more engaging. Hand-outs are to high-level if one would like to review content later on without rewatching the videos.”

“I liked the practical parts of the course best: relevant case studies, specific questions to ask yourself at every stage of one's L&D strategy preparation etc. I appreciate the reading materials and templates that were shared in the capstone project part.”

“I really enjoyed AIHR Learning & Development Certificate. I do not come from an HR background (instead I worked in education management for 10+ years) but have a lot of experience with people management and creating learning content. Therefore, the content of the course was both familiar and brand new. It was challenging, engaging and very informative. The instructors were great at explaining and I feel like I got to a new level in regards to my career.”
