“This program was thorough and tough--even for someone with a degree in adult learning theory. I learned where my company is with regards to its L&D maturity level, and as I progressed through the course, I discovered things I can do to move us along. The information is cutting edge and grounded in theory. I especially apprecitated that the format of the course reinforced the best practices encouraged for L&D professionals. It was engaging, thought-provoking, and useful in my current role (and the role I aspire to).”

“I took a bit longer to complete the Learning & Development Certificate Program due to the passing of my mother. After taking a break, I picked it up again — I had forgotten some of the earlier content, which is why I decided to retake the exam. This time, I passed successfully! It’s a great and user-friendly platform to work with. The only thing I would improve is the length of some video lessons — they could be shortened a bit to keep it more engaging. Overall, it’s a very valuable and insightful program that I truly enjoyed.”
