“I really enjoyed this program! While I have worked closely with an L&D team and HR, it was great to walk through each piece in great detail. I also learned alot fromthe Learning Analytics modules. It would be helpful to have the scripted notes for the Learning Analytics modules to accompany the slides (Similar to what is provided in the Digitial Learning module.”

“I really enjoyed to be on this journey. The videos are very structured and easy to understand. Personally I am a visual learner, so the learning style was not always easy for me. As i have to see it and then write it down. It took me a while as auditative learning is not that easy for me. However i loved the case studies. In my personal point of view there could be even more integrated in this module. As there i had a lot of AHA moments. I appreciated that this modules were self paced. It allowed me to organize time slots where i could fully take the time to do my personal development. Thank you for giving me the chance to learn more about L&D. It enriched my knowledge and skillset for sure and i can now actively apply it in my daily work life.”
