“I have really learnt a lot and this course has really made me realise how much more I need to learn and apply. The course is user friendly, the content is very understanable and all the resources are super! the live events or the recordings are also very insightul and I love the fact that there is a community interaction as well. I would love to see some more diverse examples especially for folks who are just starting off and may not have that many relatable experiences, nevertheless I have been able to takeaway some key learnings and will be looking back and use all the resources availble!”

“Very good course on learning and development from start to end. The methodologies and analytical approaches were interesting to me - and new - and presented in understandanable and throurogh way. I have really enjoyed the learnings and spent far more time on this course and the first one in organizational development than the time estimated by AIHR - but is perfectly ok for me, as learning is more important for me than counting hours on the courses.”
