“I recently completed the Learning & Development Certificate Program and I must say it was an incredibly enriching experience. The program provided a comprehensive overview of instructional design, training delivery, and performance improvement. The instructors were highly knowledgeable and engaging, and the coursework was practical and relevant to real-world situations. I particularly appreciated the emphasis on adult learning principles and the use of technology in training. “I thouroughly enjoyed the course. It has put on a new path of life long learning. The reading materials were made the learning current, real world and a great way of expanding my scope of awareness of all teh resources available on the web. The class has already begun to payoff. I've incorporated many of the concepts and useful aids in my day to day work and the impact has been both noticeable and significate based on the feedback I've been receiving. The end of the fiscal year is fast approaching hopefully there will be some Level 4 ;)”
