“The course covers multiple models to implement to build high functioning diverse and inclusive teams. My worklife changed fundamentally when my team was introduced to the Tuckman Model and we moved from storming to perfoming within 6 months. To have access to multiple such frameworks, models, resources along with situational examples is quite insightful and enriching to build competence.”
