“The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Certificate Program provided a valuable learning experience. While some of the concepts were familiar, revisiting them in depth boosted my confidence in applying these mindsets. The program also offered practical resources and tools that will be highly useful for my future HR career, especially in promoting DEIB initiatives. I found the capstone project and final exam to be an excellent conclusion, allowing me to review key learnings and apply them in an interactive, practical format.”
