“Although I am not a HR Professional I was looking for a course which would help me explore and understand the challenges of Diversity and Inclusion within the workplace. I am currently Business Lead for the company I work for which is a voluntary role on top of the day job so I spent plenty of time doing research on D&I courses which I could take. I would recommend the AIHR D&I Certificate course as it covers many of the important topics we encounter in this area in the workplace. It allows you to understand the complexities - the importance of pragmatic bending and business first when it comes to D&I for the Corporate World. I was able to use each section and think how this could then be applied specifically to the company I work for. I have been able to use the knowledge gained to have meaningful discussions with Stakeholders where I work to help drive forward our D&I initiatives and hence I feel the course is worthwhile and it not limited to those who work in the HR world”

“Don't sleep on this course! I had some preconceived notions what this course would be about before I took it but I was pleasantly surprised. If you have a negative view of diversity, I highly recommend you take this course. Even if you think you know everything there is to know about diversity, if you take this course, I'm positive you'll learn something new that you can implement at your workplace. This course is great for anyone in a leadership or human resources role.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed the D&I course. It gives a broad and firm foundation for D&I work in any organization. I greatly appreciate the flexibility in access and pace regarding the completion of each module. The D&I course is filled with a wealth of resources, additional reading materials, and worksheets that you can use in your own organization/work. I also really appreciate how the creators were able to provide a virtually interactive experience with the role play and case study section. I'd highly recommend the D&I course.”
