“This was an excellent course. To be honest, I hadn't initially heard of AIHR, but when I started refreshing myself on OD principles and practice, AIHR materials kept appearing, and were consistently the best, most useful materials I found. After asking around, I learned that some of my colleagues had taken some AIHR courses. After looking at all of the other options, it seemed like this course was the best tradeoff in terms of time, money, and content. Then I took the course. Wow! I was immediately struck by how research-supported the conclusions were, and how actionable the recommendations were. I was initially just hoping for a refresher on the design elements, but what I got was a shockingly complete overview of the topic, full to the brim with good suggestions, tools, templates, and enough further reading to keep me occupied for quite some time. The phrase "a bargain at twice the price" sounds like an old-timey snake oil salesman phrase (because it is), but I kept returning to that in my thoughts. And in this case (maybe only in this case), it's 100% accurate. Amazing!”

“Great course. Very comprehensive and well structured for the amount of timing. The course content had a nice blend of theory and practice giving the best of both worlds. Thoroughly enjoyed the case studies which really put your learnt knowledge to test. The course instructors did a fantastic job at keeping the curiosity and energy levels high. The pace was just about right with clear and concise delivery by all instructors. Strongly recommended for those who would like to upskill their OD capabilities.”
