“A practical and well-structured program that brought the key concepts of organisational development to life through real workplace examples. I valued the focus on understanding the problem before jumping to solutions, working with stakeholders, and using evidence to guide decisions. “I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and depth of this on-line organizational development certificate program. I truly learned so much - while it was also convenient and self-paced. “The OD program was very good. It was practical and very comprehensive. It helped me understand the difference between Org Design and Org Dev. I also got to understand the different theories and methodologies. The course is long but the video's are enjoyable. I also liked that I could do it at my own pace.”
