“This was a surprisingly in depth and supportive learning experience. Given that this is entirely self-paced and self-driving learning, I feel that I got a lot out of this training, and it is a good step towards working independently as an OD practitioner”

“This program provides a comprehensive overall of the basic knowledge which also ties in management the change of culture. There are lots of theories and models for application, using case study to keep track on the progress are encouraging. Dilemma reconciliation is very interesting, however, it is far a bit difficult to understand, deeper content and elaboration is much better.”
