“This was an amazing course and I have come away much more aware of the world of Organizational Development with all of the amazing modules! I had no idea that we would be learning about so many topics such as Culture, HR Onboarding Models, Communication, Data Analytics etc. It was a program that I would definitely promote. Being very new to this world, it took me much, much longer than someone that is already a part of OD. The hours that it said it would take for me was probably 2.5 to 3 times longer seeing there was so much of it that was new to me and I am one that highlights, makes notes, reads and re-reads. The exam took me much longer than 20 minutes as I found that as I went through the exam, I did have to think hard and while looking over the course modules, I continued to be fascinated by additional information that I missed while going through the course. I truly worked so hard and it was worth it all! I am leaving wanting to continue the path of learning for this new OD role that I have. I believe I have other programs that I can sign up for with the full one year membership to AIHR. Great program!!”
