“What a program: informative, detailed, nuanced, insighful, full of practical cases (including the final capstone exam). The additional material provided expanded on the already broad content, with additional view points, deeper analysis of the concepts explained and still more business cases. “Having recently gone through a merger and acquisition, this training was incredibly valuable in helping me understand why two seemingly similar companies struggled to blend. One was a privately held organization with a strong clan culture rooted in family and loyalty, while the other was driven by market culture focused on growth and competition. The Competing Values Framework gave me the language to finally make sense of the friction we experienced and why initiatives that worked in one culture fell flat in the other. My only regret is not having this training before the merger, I'd strongly recommend it to any HR professional navigating a cultural integration effort.”
