“Every day as HR Professionals, we contribute to organizational development without knowing it. We might even claim not to be involved in OD. However, when you take this course you will see how much OD you have been doing in your organization. Taking this course has helped me view myself not just as an HR practitioner doing transactional work in a specialization (Talent Acquisition) but also as involved in day-to-day change and Transformational processes that contribute to organizational growth.
