“The course is very well structured and you learn a lot about various important aspects of compensation and benefits. However, I would have loved to have more walkthroughs on how you perform calculations in benchmarking or how you set up pay structures, or how to design a job architecture. This is the prime reason why I loved the part pay gap analysis. There, the lecturerer performed the calculations step by step and you got the idea how to perform pay gap analysis on your own. Overall, I recommend this course.”
