“The Compensation & Benefits Certificate Program provided a strong and practical foundation in Total Rewards. I especially found the pay gap analysis module very insightful, it shifted my perspective from simply comparing salaries to understanding the structural drivers behind pay differences and the importance of accurate data interpretation. The program overall offered a great balance between strategy and application, and it gave me tools I can directly apply in my work.”

“It was a well‑structured course. However, I would say it is more suitable for entry-level specialists with limited practical experience. It would be helpful to update the materials to reflect the post‑COVID context. Expanding the pay gap analysis section in line with the EU Directive would also add value. The exam was very challenging, but realistic!”
