“I am loving this course for the general content learning how to make the different breads but
even more becuse of the way Richard Bertinet communicates.
He loves dough, - how it feels, the texture, how it smells & lives.
He is a poet when describing what his senses are experiencing and he chooses words which make you smile because they lovingly fit to what we are seeing.
I also experience a sense of mindfulness when watching & listening - it's like meditation.

“Absolutely love this course! It's like stepping behind the scenes of a French boulangerie and learning all the tips and tricks. Been using the course to make a different bread each week and so far, they have all tasted amazing - better than in the stores. The french baguettes went down a hit, and now it looks like i'll be making these weekly for all the family. One of the best food courses I've done and Richard is a fantastic and fun tutor!”

“I had tried over and over to make bread like my Great Grandmother. I got close but always was a mess with a struggle to make it. After watching just the start of this training I tried again. Totally amazed how much easier and cleaner things were.....and the bread was delicious. I will continue to watch ALL sessions and learn as much as I can. Very grateful!!!”
