“Absolutely love this course! It's like stepping behind the scenes of a French boulangerie and learning all the tips and tricks. Been using the course to make a different bread each week and so far, they have all tasted amazing - better than in the stores. The french baguettes went down a hit, and now it looks like i'll be making these weekly for all the family. One of the best food courses I've done and Richard is a fantastic and fun tutor!”

“I had tried over and over to make bread like my Great Grandmother. I got close but always was a mess with a struggle to make it. After watching just the start of this training I tried again. Totally amazed how much easier and cleaner things were.....and the bread was delicious. I will continue to watch ALL sessions and learn as much as I can. Very grateful!!!”

“Amazing course.I like how Richard breaks down all recipes in very easy steps, the wide range of recipes and the stories of his past in the bakery. It was so inspiring from the start that I ordered a few scrapers on the first lesson and started practising flipping the dough with a tea towel. If he is after some suggestions for new recipes, my vote would go to a "Galette des Rois" or "Pain d'épices".”
