I’m only at Stage 2, but I’m already impressed. The support team was quick and helpful when I had questions, and the course itself is clear and easy to follow. After struggling with sourdough in the past, I finally feel confident that I’ll get a great result. Terri

This was a great course. Richard Bertinet clearly loves baking and has such a wonderful way of explaining how to make and work with the different doughs to make all kinds of different bread. He has inspired me to try my hand at bread making and my kids have already demanded that I make bagels again as soon as humanly possible.

I am loving this course for the general content learning how to make the different breads but even more becuse of the way Richard Bertinet communicates. He loves dough, - how it feels, the texture, how it smells & lives. He is a poet when describing what his senses are experiencing and he chooses words which make you smile because they lovingly fit to what we are seeing. I also experience a sense of mindfulness when watching & listening - it's like meditation. Thank you so much to Richard & to BBC Maestro
