“I'm enjoying his process of making bread--but after about 5 videos, I'm still not seeing how much of an ingredient to add. I get a pinch of salt, but how much water for how much bread flour and what brand does he prefer? No way would I want to try making bread without knowing how many cups of this or that.”

“As a professional chef/Baker I find the cost to be very informative and well done. I think any beginner watching the course should be able to master some techniques and bread, baking and become a proficient home baker by viewing and utilizing this course and having it available as a refresher to continue to allow a person to understand what it is to make bread. I compare watching this series over and over again to someone who watches a movie and sees more details every time they watch it and I think the home Baker will appreciate it as much as I did even though I’m a professional Bravo to the BBC!”
