It really inspired me to make the sourdough bread, my sourdough bread turned out good but I want to restart my starter based on Richard's advise and experience to make it even better. I am excited to bake other breads and pastries that he is teaching, it is so much fun, I am really enjoying it.

Very good to learn tried and tested techniques from the King of Bread himself and improve my own bread making. Although his love of fondling the dough is slightly unsettling at times. All round a very useful course.

I enjoy seeing Richard Bertinet's passion for bead baking and appreciate all the little tips he shares. It is very interesting to watch how he handles the dough to master the process of making a variety of types of loaves.

I'm enjoying his process of making bread--but after about 5 videos, I'm still not seeing how much of an ingredient to add. I get a pinch of salt, but how much water for how much bread flour and what brand does he prefer? No way would I want to try making bread without knowing how many cups of this or that.

Hi Vicki, Thanks for your review - if you take a look at the course notes and recipes on Richard's course page, you should be able to find exact amounts and clear steps to follow! Hope that helps. Best, Zoe
