“I attempted to make bread a number of years ago and it was a complete disaster. As I watched the course I started to believe with Richard Bertinet’s techniques I just might be able to do it. I made my first loaves of bread two weeks ago, and have continued to make more. The bread was everything he said it would be if I followed his instructions. I could not be more happy with the results. I think he is amazing. I am going to keep making bread thanks to this course. It has given me success. I think this course is amazing. I would highly recommend it to anyone. I wish he had even more lessons in the course.”
“Loving the course! Richard is an amazing teacher, and the processes are very detailed. The only annoying point is vagueness on measurements. "Some flour. Some water.." Thankfully these are provided on the PDF, but for his demonstrations it wouldn't only take a second more to say "1kg of flour, 20g of yeast" etc to learn the correct proportions.”
