“I love Carol Ann Duffy's approach to poetry, and her references to her background. She provides a wide range of other poets' work, and she offers an insightful analysis of what they have done in their poems. I'm inspired by her inputs and, after each session, i try to jot down a couple of ideas for my own work as a result of her words. Finally, i like the length of each session, some longer and some shorter, which is a lovely variety of spaces from the everyday worlds.”
