“I'd recommend with reservations. I don't feel this is a course aimed at writers currently writing rather at writers thinking about writing - so beginner. There's a bit of repetition in the last segment I watched.”

“The course covers so much more than just writing romance – tips for all manner of writing. Lots of useful stuff, all clearly explained. I haven't quite finished it, but so far it's excellent – apart from the episode with the psychologist, which was dire.”

“Love all the writing courses. Very please JoJo Moyes was included as romance genre is the direction I’m going in - She is a great teacher and appreciate her sharing her opinions on the do’s and don’t’s for romance.

“This course is now one of my favorites although I have enjoyed all the ones I have taken so far. In particular the auther really reels me in a number of ways. As far as writing techniques and tips she imparts interesting and some quite different to ones I have previously heard. The tips on writing block from the coach Lisa Christie were very helpful. I confess I had never read any of Jojo Moyes's books, so did not have any opinion at the start. However, I was so taken with her and the glimpses and passages she shared of her stories that I have now purchased my first and plan to read all her novels. She is also very personable and although glides through the lessons expertly with a focus, she is also very warm and friendly. Excellent course.”

“My annual suscription is the best present I've made myself ever. You have built an incredible school, inspiring and practical. I've already completed Jojo Moyes, Ken Follet and, now, I'm dealing with Allan Moore. And I say dealing because he is making me think so much that I have to stop every now and then to write down new ideas. My own ideas, coming from his view.
I have to say congrats and thank you to BBC Maestro.
Also, I'm spanish and the way the three authors talk is so clear than is eassy for me to follow the lessons.
