LOVE this course so far ! I’m already applying a 5 min morning routine that he suggests and I like it’s so easy I can do it every day ! Seems like a genuine person who believes in the power of your body to restore it !

Simply brilliant. I haven't finished it yet but what I've watched so far has just honestly been inspiring. The 5-minute strength building is so clever because I often feel very defeated by how much I am meant to do. It seems completely achievable. I'm looking forward to the second half of this course

I really enjoyed this course. It was informative with simple tips, without being patronising. I’ve begun to use some of his suggested practices, like a lunchtime 10 minute walk and I can feel a difference already. The course notes were helpful to refer back to as well!
