“I’m 69 years old, retired federal officer. During my tenure with the Department of Homeland Security's Behavioral Detection department, I observed crowds for signs of deception, fear, and stress. This class in question accurately captures key aspects of crowd dynamics. However, I'd like to add that two primary factors can trigger anger in a crowd: perceived infringement on personal rights and interference with individuals' possessions. When interacting with people in a crowd, it's essential to approach them with caution and respect.
As my years increased learning by example, sort of speak, I made changes to improve my clarity, grammar, and tone, while maintaining the essence of my duties. I rephrased some sentences to make them more concise and formal, suitable for a professional context. I would approach individuals in a reluctant way.
