The Art of Influence course with Evy Poumpouras has been such a helpful part of my recovery from a multiple sclerosis relapse and a great support tool as I navigate a divorce. It’s super flexible, so I’ve been able to move through it at my own pace and fit it into my schedule easily. It’s really helped me as I work on rebuilding my cognitive skills and mental well-being while also negotiating asset division with my soon-to-be ex-husband.

Evy is an amazing instructor. There's a lot to learn in this course if you want to learn how to be a better navigator of the influence/interpersonal relationships sphere.

Wonderful course. So much to take in, I am going to treasure these lessons and will listen to some of them again and again. I found the final lesson moving and a perfect conclusion of all these sessions full of helpful tools and above all humanity.

It just wasn't communicated in a way that I learn as well as I like. Or I guess engage me as much as I wanted. The different types of animals just didn’t stick with me. Especially as three were contemporary and then a random dinosaur. I did find the last lesson with her husband to actually be the best and most succinctly informative. One of the things they mentioned reminded me of Albert Ellis' Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). A point he makes about a person isn’t all of one thing. Such as a person who lies frequently isn’t labeled a liar, but one who lies. Not everything they say is a lie (probably). I couldn’t help thinking about the many things pointed out in the course that aren’t supposed to be helpful or constructive in the long run, a current president does frequently. I can recommend this course, and I need to study and practice the given lessons.

Loved this course. I've found myself thinking about andusing elements of it in my daily life. There is a lot to take in so I will certainly be using the course notes and I will definitely be watching again. There is a lot to learn but it seem so worth it.
