“I had not heard of Evy Poumpouras but wanted something to listen to in the car so put BBC Maestro on.
I found Evy calming to listen too. I enjoyed the chapters as they were not to long but informative. I would see this course as a beginners course- for those who want a snippet. I think if it had too much content you may switch off. That's not just Evy's course but it goes for anyone.
I really enjoyed it I recognised myself in lots of the behaviours she mentioned and it was good to reflect on those. I would love to heard and see more of Evy.”
