“This was an excellent course. I took extensive notes. Then I applied what I had learned to a real estate negotiation. It was amazing what happened. I had hit a bit of a wall and was having difficulty with a realtor in my purchase of a property. I used Evy's techniques and it flipped everything. It changed the whole deal. I don't want to give too much away. People need to take this course. Simply by investing a bit of my time, being genuine, asking the realtor one question to lead conversation, we became aligned in our goal. They opened up and shared their own frustrations in dealing with the sellers of the property. I got so much info. it was shocking. They were just as frustrated as I was, and had been misdirecting that. I got right to the root of the issue with ease. Now we are on track together.
