“Did this course largely because it'll probably be the only time I'll get to be in a cellar with a secret service agent. (I have an annual subscription, rather than paying for each course individually)
I'm not sure how much I'll ever want to 'influence' anyone (possibly more than I realise or will admit to), but as a course on how to get people to communicate with you, and how to listen to and observe them, I found the content interesting and useful.
Evy Poumpouras is just slightly scary; I'm glad there were no dental instruments or electrodes in evidence.”
