“Very accessible and insightful. At times the content seems so obvious, but you have to step back and ask whether you are actually doing it. Knowing and doing are two different things. The Animal Wheel, and moving between animals, was a good way of thinking, but the key was the focus that influencing is less about you and just as much (if not more) about others.”
What was your primary motivation for purchasing this course?

“Very interesting and I like the parts about active listening and focusing on the other person.
But it seems slightly manipulative in that the aim is often to get a confession which will land someone in jail. So she's advocating building trust with someone you are going to incarcerate & punish. Another thing I didn't like was when evy advocated shunning negative people or those with problems.”
