I have a notebook summarizing each chapter to keep with my laptop and a small pocket notebook with a very brief summary of the main points for emergency use of reference.
4) Her video presence is a prime example of things such as posture and mental awareness that we can adopt when we are in the company of others. This is of great importance since many people who attempt to project themselves as powerful do so in various ways, not all of them in harmony with warmth and strength combined.
