If she would had offered more non-verbal cues, it would be perfect. But I would definitely recommend this course.”

“Ebay is an excellent communicator and speaks with authority. I learnt a lot from this course. My one slight issue is that I am seeking to influence people at work and in my family - this course on occasions was a little stronger than I needed: I am unlikely to want to do a police interview of a suspect (except in a Murder Mystery)”
