“I enjoyed this course. I'm not sure that the content reflects the title because the skills explored are useful in many situations with people, not just in influencing people. This course felt re-assuring in some areas and quite intense in other areas. Evy's experiences as a secret service agent were fascinating to listen to. This course helps to remind us all how important our relationships are with other people, in a world where people seem to be becoming more transactional and less personable. If you have ever wondered how to ask your boss for a pay rise, this is the course for you.”
