“Very interesting and I like the parts about active listening and focusing on the other person.
But it seems slightly manipulative in that the aim is often to get a confession which will land someone in jail. So she's advocating building trust with someone you are going to incarcerate & punish. Another thing I didn't like was when evy advocated shunning negative people or those with problems.”
