“I have about 18 months experience with Prisma Access and ADEM. I was able to fill some gaps in my knowledge due to not building the environment. I feel it is benificial to have some experience before the course or a lot doesn't make senses. The documentation is helpful by providing a procedure for future reference. The labs were not setup like the course book due to some of the section were already completed. The lab reset process needs to be addressed.”

“The instructor was incredibly skilled in Prisma! Her understanding and ability to answer questions was spot on. A few recommendations: -For the more technical areas, perhaps slow down and when writing on the slides it sometime hard to read -The course material needs to be downloadable, using the Onsecure to view it creates additional complications both during the class and for follow on use when trying to sell Palo products. Additionally, Onsecure inability to scroll down (click arrow on side), further create a poor user experience. -We watch training video’s but you can’t download them or see them again. This isn’t helpful as the information was quickly covered and we can’t go back to review before speaking with customers. -Lab Zero and errors in the guide (e.g. lab 6, page 45, number 28 says the name should be 1, that doesn’t work), need to be fixed. Both are very basic training standards that need to be addressed Super smart/Slow down/Let people get everything set up/Less drawing on every slide/Why can’t you download, it’s a real pain makes you not want to do the training/-Lab Zero? Why can they clean it each time/-errors like – lab 6, page 45, number 28 says the name should be 1, that doesn’t work / start by asking what issues from the day before”
