“The course did not go into enough detail in many of the aspects of PA. There was virtually no time spent on the security aspects such as the details around security policies, HIP objects and profiles and how they can be used, best practices, decryption, how to read the different log viewer components, the various components of global protect profile and tunnel settings, etc. The material was somewhat high level and marketing focused. The way the material was presented was not great and took only a few hours per day. The first one or two hours each day were power point slide presentations and then we were left to do labs for the remaining 6+ hours, which only required 1-2 hours each day to complete. Although the labs themselves were documented well, the lab environments were often down and problematic to connect to and stay connected, for most users in the class.”
