“cannot tighten up enough to stop light from slowly moving position. I think it is due to a combination of adaptor and bracket clearance but will have to shim it to hold in place. Otherwise seems a pretty straightforward and practical design”
“The plastic bolt lugs have excessive clearance and due to their rigidity you have to tighten the clamp bolt very tight. Maybe redesign the fins on the lug?”
