“Camera is awesome for still shots and video. App is pretty useless, as I was hoping highlight video making would utilize Cycliq video, not video from my phone. I bought Fly12 because I want my hands free to cycle. Cycliq Plus has not integrated well with Strava, it disables itself after each use, so I need to download it frequently. Most importantly, Cycliq Plus software does not allow me to merge several short videos together from a single ride to show off multiple ride highlights. I submitted a support request on 12/7/2022 and I have not received a response, which is now 10 days later.”
“Very easy to set up and use. Video playback footage is easy to access and very clear, number plates are very readable. Phone app is great to use. The light is excellent . Over all build quality is excellent. The only think I would improve on would be the lanyard as it is not elasticated, so very hard to "thread" around the handlebars and then attach the unit to the "out front" mount. I bought a Garmin lanyard which resolved the problem.”
“Stabilization could be improved as gravel roads create jittery footage. Having wireless connection for downloads would be useful and I'd expect that to be included in future models. Certainly a required accessory on my Pushy.”

“It's lighter than the existing ce product, so I'm relieved that it reduces the damage to the mount. However, it is regrettable that the strap does not have elasticity. The anti-fracture strap of the Garmin edge product is elastic and comparable”
“Works pretty much as advertised with good quality videos. Would prefer to have battery level read out as a percentage on the camera screen without having to open the app. Would also like to be able to access clips directly from the APP without having to carry and use the card reader. Micro SD cards are so small and fiddley that it would be easy to drop one in the grass and you might never find it again.”
