Replacement cover is great. Unfortunately now the battery is nearly stuffed so almost unusable overall. Had a lot of trouble getting it to work at all - your support team was very helpful.

Looked for a camera which had better battery life than the GoPro I’d been using So it fitted the bill Sadly selling with a memory card which is insufficient to cope with the length of battery life is a disappointment Learning to use was a bit more difficult than some sports cameras and not being able to view through lens on the app is a disadvantage Image quality is good and the unit robust I wish manufacturers would standardise fittings it is a pain having to buy new handlebar mounts for every bike

When the power button on my Fly 12 CE failed I was devastated. I contacted Cycliq Support and was assisted by Roger who was super efficient and provided me options in obtaining a replacement case at no cost, apart from postage cost. I chose to do the job myself to reduce postage costs, the instructions provided were very clear and easy to follow and I was able repair my Fly 12. I have no hesitation in recommending Cycliq for the quality of their products and for their outstanding after sales service. I would like give my personal thanks to Roger for you support in resolving the issue with my item.

The process was somewhat slow. My misfortune was fortunate in this situation as i had time to not ride outside due to an injury. However, the process is too long to be without your camera at peak riding season. And getting the part for self service is a non starter for me.

So if I would recommend this jacket why did I give it one star? Several reasons. One I don't mind how long it took to get the jacket, however, the jacket size is NOT in US standard sizes. I am normally a Large but I got an XL in this jacket. It barely fit. Now I must admit that I have been working out a lot and my shoulders and chest are a bit bigger than a L but that is why I got an XL, the XL fit very tight, which meant that I wouldn't be able to wear a bib under. And the zipper barely connected. I felt that if I wore it a few times the zipper would split. So I have sent it back asking for an XXL to see if that might work better. I did do the measure using their sizing chart however, I think the conversion from Metric to Inches is a bit off. I love the jacket, when I tried it on and looked at how it reflective it is, it is an awesome jacket. However, they do not give and RMA you have to send it back via USPS and that takes about 4 weeks to get in their warehouse to inspect to see if it was worn. I really don't know what that means, but if I tried it on it was worn so I may not get a replacement. I don't know. I am hoping I get a XXL but at this time due to the long wait on the return which cost over 40 bucks I am not sure if I will get it here in South Texas for the cooler weather. I am a bit disappointed in the sizing charts used but do understand if they are looking at a global market. I just wish that some how we can all get on a standard metric system so we don't have to deal with this mix up, not their fault. I do feel that many Euro and Asian markets don't take into consideration US bodies. Yes in many cases US bodies, (from the sizing confusion) might be larger but that needs to be taken into consideration. I didn't take a picture of the jacket because I didn't want to wear it too long.

I installed my duo mount and once I connected my Garmin Edge 1030 to it, it was not secure there was play. I then mounted my original Garmin front mount back to which my computer connects without vibration. I wasted my money on this dual mount

The clamp does not fit newer mountain bike handlebars. The clamp does not allow enough space for for the flair of the handlebar as it attaches to the stem.
