Replacement Part Reviews

Replacement part was in very good condition and a easy diy fix in home. Instructions were shared correctly and was easy enough to do. Shipping times were decent. Glad the product is back to its working condition.

Disassembling and putting it in the new case was not too complicated. Just got to be careful with the 2 small rubber parts at the side. That was the only challenging part.

Strap pack is a flexible mounting option..... but is not firm enough.

The on/off button cover on my Cycliq12 CE broke. Cycliq sent me a new rubber sleeve for the unit, that included the button cover in it. Installation instructions included were very clear. The whole process worked very well.

Well, I had to order another, because the one that came with my camera failed!

I wish the Fly12 handlebar mount had some sort of quick release so I could swap another light on if my Cycliq's battery dies (this happened to me once on an unplanned group ride). Since my bars don't have room for a backup light to be mounted at the same time as my Fly12. It seems pretty sturdy and I don't see it breaking any time soon. But I live in a desert where the sun tends the be pretty hard on plastic parts... The shim is a bit loose fitting on certain bars, on one of my bikes I worry about the mount moving as I ride and messing up the camera angle.
