“The aero rubber fell out on first ride even though tight . tightened strap & buckle broke have to get replacement before I can use.had the old model for 7 years with no issues”
“I was delighted to find that the case is a replaceable part, and doable at home. I found the documentation straight forward and easy to follow. The process is a little finicky because some of the components (particularly the light pipes) are _tiny_ but I was still able to successfully replace the case in about 20 minutes.”
“It is a bit fiddly to get the plastic inserts in the case but now they are fitted with care they seem to be secure. Note I have not tested the case in heavy rain yet so the jury is out on whether it does its job adequately.”
