“It my case, it was a waste of money. When watching footage of my cycliq fly 6 on the pc, it was continually freezing, and 'not responding' (with all video programs). I figured the prob was with the existing 32gb memory card, so I therefore purchased this 64gb one. Unfortunately the problem still remained, rendering the new card useless. I have reached out to support and the only resolution I was offered was a discount on a new fly 6. No thanks! If this one has stopped working (and no replacement / refurbished unit is offered) what is to stop that from happening to the next unit. Poor form all round. My fly6 is now nothing more than an expensive rear light, incapable of playing back any footage.
I welcome you to remedy the situation. I have rebooted the unit, hard reset it, put it to sleep, formatted the various memory cards, yet the problem remains. It was working perfectly until a few weeks ago, and these problems appeared.

“I'm very grateful Cycliq had a spare back cover for my legacy Fly6CE, as the locking tabs broke off after 5+ years of use. My only suggestion for a future model would be to move to a design where the lock ring is replaceable rather than having to replace the entire back panel. Regardless, the fix worked and I'm a happy customer! A++”
“The only drawback is there are no pockets in the rear for extra bottle, snacks/fuel, and electronic stuff. Other than that inconvenience, jacket is sick.”
“There were a few issues with my Fly 12 Sports soon after its arrival. Not particularly happy with some of the blurriness and the chimes and beeps were not working properly. Full credit to Cycliq Support who offered to exchange the camera for me. The new one has not yet arrived so will have to wait and see if there is an improvement.
Over the years, I have probably had to return five or six devices (Fly 12 and Fly 6) under warranty. The cost of these returns is starting to build up a bit.”
“I like the footage it creates. That being said, the fly six does not last a whole bike ride and I still have not found a comprehensive instruction manual that describes what is going on with all the associated sounds this thing makes. Please help”
